Yes. Please call our office to request any photos you need. You can also email us at admin@jacksonmonuments.ca to request a photo.

Approximately eight to twelve weeks after it has been released to the carver. You will receive a layout before any work is completed. 

A monument and/or engraving can be ordered at any time. We will guide you to a more specific timeline depending upon the specifics of the monument and cemetery.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question. Any memorial you choose should express what made your loved one special, expressing their personality and passions. Through Jackson Memorial's skilled team of craftsmen, we can personalize any monument with special imagery, religious symbols, and even write messages in other languages.

No. Marker and monument regulations can vary wildly from cemetery to cemetery. In some cases, regulations can even vary from section to section in the same cemetery. It’s always best to first check with your cemetery or a qualified monument company (which, we are), to be sure your monument conforms to cemetery restrictions.

This is the most common question and can be the very hardest to answer. Many monument dealers will promise you a short wait but neglect to tell you that it does not include the cemetery application time period which depending on what cemetery can be anywhere from 1 week to 6 months for the most basic work. Other dealers will also give you a shorter timeframe to get your order and then simply not fulfill that promise. We will never do that to you. 

Before COVID-19, an average headstone or inscription was completed in an average of 2-4 months. Since the pandemic however, we have seen delays in every single area adding up to and sometimes over a year. 

Yes! We will provide a computer drawn diagram for headstone orders before the work is started. Inscriptions will receive a hand drawn layout only, because we will match the existing font and style.
